An account is considered inactive if it has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. kirikya reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳200 to inactive accounts, deducted from the account balance where a balance exists. Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for 24 months may be permanently closed without further notice.
